Introduction To Mental Health

The Introduction to mental health workshop is designed to increase participants’ understanding of Mental Health, how it impacts their lives, and ways to support themselves and others around them. This workshop is available in a 1-hour and 3-hour format, in-person or virtually.

Workshop Objectives

    • Learn about mental health and mental illness, as well as how they differ
    • Learn about stigma
    • Recognize the signs that someone is experiencing a decline in their mental health
    • How to approach and support those around us
    • How to take care of ourselves during and after helping others
