Youth Mental Health

Our comprehensive programs are tailored to address the unique challenges faced by today’s youth, providing a safe space for open dialogue, peer support, and professional guidance. From skill-building workshops to counseling services, we offer a spectrum of resources designed to empower young individuals with the tools they need to navigate the complexities of adolescence.

The Phoenix Youth Group (formerly known as the Breakfast Club) is an interactive program for youth in grades 4-6. The program aims to help youth develop healthy coping skills, problem solving, and emotional regulation.

The Gryphon Youth Group (formerly known as the Breakfast Club) is an interactive program for youth in grades 7-12. All youth experience stress in their lives. These workshops are a fun chance to connect with others their own age and learn about healthy coping mechanisms and to build strong support networks.
