Workshops With An Impact

5 out of 5 people have mental health and it is just as important as our physical health. Yet conversations around our mental health are often cut short because they are uncomfortable and taboo.

Our workshops aim to educate the public about mental health, coping with stress, and self-care, or provide information on our agency services & programs. Each presentation may range from 1 hour to 3 hours offering valuable information, new coping skills, and effective helping tools.

We Offer The Following Workshops
