The National Crisis line can be accessed by any landline or cellphone in Canada by call or text. The caller will be connected with a crisis support worker working with one of the 37 national partners and provided with compassionate support.

Kids help phone offers 24/7 support to any youth under the age of 20 who are struggling. In addition to their phone service they offer text services and online live chat.

This is a text support line that is offered by Kids Help Phone. This service is for anyone in crisis, including adults, and will connect you with a trained crisis counsellor.

This hotline is powered by the Hope for Wellness. They provide support and counselling in english and french as well as Cree, Ojibway, and Inuktitut on request.

Health Link can provide health advice by allowing you to connect to a nurse 24/7.
AHS Addictions Help Line: 1-866-332-2322
A toll free help line for adults and youth who are dealing with addictions.
Adult Bullying Help Line: 1-888-456-2323
Provides 24 hour support to adults experiencing bullying or harassment. Youth and children are encouraged to use the Kids Help Phone number.
Hope for Wellness: 1-855-242-3310
Hope for Wellness offers immediate mental health counselling and crisis intervention to all Indigenous peoples across Canada. This service can be accessed by phone or online through this weblink.
