Field Trainer Information(Required) I understand the following information.The Tough Enough To Talk About It Field Training program consists of multiple steps to acquire and maintain certification. You will be required to complete the Field Trainer Application Screening Form and attend the full 7hrs of training. Applicants are not permitted to miss more than 20 minutes instruction time. Field trainers must commit to facilitate a minimum of two (2) Workplace Presentations annually to remain certified. Trainers are only certified to facilitate for the company that holds the licensing agreement the for Tough Enough To Talk About It program. Upon successful completion of the training, Field Trainers will be certified to facilitate the Workplace Presentation in-person and virtually.
