Free Drop-in Wednesday starting at 7:00PM
Nordic Court, Room 200, 10014 99 Street
Who Should Attend?
This free drop-in group is open to all men experiencing difficulties in their lives. You are welcome to attend as often or as little as you would like in a supportive, non-judgmental environment led by experienced male facilitators.
PLEASE NOTE: The Monday group is no longer available.
What Can I Expect
Men’s Support Group provides an opportunity for men to talk about their lives with their peers. You are able to show up and listen or share as much as you are comfortable. The group is led by a male facilitator with years of experience in supporting men with their mental health.
Some topics include (but not limited to) loneliness, relationship break-up, divorce, financial loss, death of a loved one, or job loss.
Thank You to Our Supporters
We are grateful to our sponsors and community partners for helping make these conversations possible. Your support helps create safe spaces where men can connect, find support, and know they are not alone. Thank you for standing with us and helping strengthen mental well-being in our community.
