The Tough Enough To Talk About It seminar provides hands-on skills to identify and safely respond to employees in the workplace experiencing mental health concerns. The Tough Enough seminar incorporates key standards from:
CSA-Z1003 - Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace.
This seminar is intended for employees in a leadership role. Participants will gain skills to manage and promote workers’ psychological well-being, and improve the overall health and safety of their workplace.
