The Phoenix Youth Group offers activities and workshops for youth in grades 4 -6.
Our FREE weekend workshops help youth learn more about emotions, thoughts, stress, boundaries, and digital safety. The day engages youth with art activities, videos, games, and chances to win prizes. Youth are supported in building a “Feeling’s First Aid Kit” to take home with them after the workshop. This kit includes a variety of wellness activities and stress & coping resources youth build and learn about throughout the day that help support them when they may be struggling with big emotions, difficult thoughts, or relational challenges.
See dates below for our upcoming programming.
There is no charge for attending these workshops. Lunch and snacks are provided.
This workshop is free to any youth. To register click on the registration/referral form.
