Chair Extraordinaire 2020

We have opted for a new take on our annual Chair Extraordinaire event, bringing together community and raising funds for programming in suicide prevention. We realize that now, more than ever, being connected to our close friends and family is important. So for our 10th annual Chair Extraordinaire we will be partnering with the Jackpot Grill and Events Centre for the entire month of October. Things this year are a little different, and maybe even better!

As part of this partnership, you will be able to purchase a meal ticket for the Jackpot Grill for $35, with proceeds going towards our programming at the Resource Centre for Suicide Prevention. The purchase of the meal ticket will allow you to choose any item from the Jackpot’s extensive menu. You can bring together a table of friends and family in the licensed dining room (including your children!), while you take a look at the Chair Extraordinaire packages on display. Tickets can be purchased and used anytime between October 1st and November 7th.

Our donated chair packages for the auction will be on display all month in the Jackpot Dining room, to allow for people to take a closer look in person on the day that suits them best, join with friends over a great meal, and consider each item before partaking in the online auction which ends October 31st.

Just to clarify:
You can see the Chair packages set up at the Jackpot from October 3rd to 31st.
The Chair Extraordinaire auction will run from October 15th until October 31st at 12PM noon.
The 50/50 raffle will run from October 1st to October 31st.

The Jackpot Grill and Event centre has been serving Grande Prairie for over 25 years.
