We believe that there is a need to provide care packages and self care tips to give a boost and a reminder that self care is important. Many caregivers in Grande Prairie and our region have gone above and beyond and need a little reminder that they are valued and need to take care of themselves. Deadline for all nominations is June 16th, 2023
