Men at Risk

The Men at Risk Program provides education on stress management, depression, coping, and getting help. It is directed to men in trades, industry and agriculture, and those who interact with them. Presentations are available to community groups and in workplaces. The Men at Risk program is unique in that it features male facilitators from related backgrounds who have first-hand experience dealing with stress, depression, or loss from suicide. These men play a key part in delivering the messages.

Men at Risk is a program of the Suicide Prevention Resource Centre and is funded by the United Way Grande Prairie & Region, the County of Grande Prairie No. 1 FCSS, and Green View FCSS.
